===== Main Engineering, USS Chimera ===== Shane watched one of the few working pannels in main Engineering. It was connected with the three probes that supplied the Chimera with their sensor data. The probes confirmed first that the warp-core powering up went sucessfull and that the Gott was under main power again. Now was he watching the small Nova class ship slowly approaching their position. A bit later he was informed by LT. Andersen about Bretam's new orders. The General approved the plan of using the Chimera as one BIG torpedo and try to destroy the X!Chi eggs with her. {A foolish plan} Shane thought {but there no better ...}. He was glad that he havent had to tell that to Bretam personally ... Bretam's orders were simple and short. First was to transport the wouded crew over to the Gott, then the engineering staff and then the rest. In the meantime he was expected to lead the preparation for the X!Chi erradication plan. Foster informed him that he was soon expect with the CSCiO to beam over to the Gott and join the effort of trying to find a way back to their own time. Of course he wanted to return 'home' but he felt quite odd when ordered to leave teh Chimera .... knowing her unevitable fate. Destruction ... Even when they've had 10.000 years in front of them, time worked against them at the moment. The X!Chi thred had to be removed at once, anything else was 2nd rated. Seeing that Bretam's oreders have been passed directly to Rangi he knew that there was no need for him to worry about the transport of the wounded crew to the Gott. His worry was now the evacuation. The Chimera had no tarsporter beam to use, there were no free shuttles as well. Luckily the Gott was with warp-power again and Shane expected their transporters to work as well he expected a shuttle or two coming over from the Gott. He prepared orders for evacuation like: 1. wounded/sick crew + medical staff 2. Engineering crew 3. rest of the crew besides the ODA 4. ODA Meeting point: Shuttle bay one. He send it over the tricoder network to everyone ans asking all to pass the orders to their comrades and fellow crewman. With relief he found out that even if the Comm system was still offline, the ship's computer worked on secondary core and the computer's voice was hearable everywhere on the ship where was power. Besides several sections of decks 2,3 and 4 it was everywhere. He tapped the commands into his console and after a small moment he heard the computer's female voice all around: [By orders of General Bretam all crew should prepare for evacuation. The evacuation on the USS Gott will follow is this order, first sick crew and medical staff, second engineering crew, third rest of the crew besides the ODA, fourth ODA after searching the ship for lost crewmembers. Meeting point for the evacuation is shuttle bay one] Shane ordered the computer to repeat that message every 15 minutes. He was not sure who was in charge of the ODA on board now nor did he knew the exact numbers of ODA memebers that were on the Chimera, but he hoped that some sergeant or corporal took initiative and Command of the remaining ODA forces here. Then he informed LT. Foster about the meeting point for the evacuation and that he will contact him for beeing beamed over once he assures that the evacuation will run smoothly.
