=====Hawks Quarters===== Hawk had just finished having his first debriefing with two drunken idiots. They were responsible for assaulting Lt Andersen Foster and as such Hawk wasn't exactly nice to them. This wasn't a silly case of two guys just having too much fun, (a lot of people had been guilty of that). But these idiots tried to basically murder him, just to keep some Romulan ale. He left there fates with the JAG officers on the base, due to the nature of there activities however they will be having more than just extra duties. Hawk threatened to throw them out of an airlock to during there statement process. It really did take ever bit of control he could muster to actually NOT beat the snot out of the rambling morons. In any event the day had been rough and Hawk needed to relax a bit. He had been in security not very long at all, a day. This was a good line up as for career change. What Hawk had known for a few months now is that engineering wasn't exactly for him anymore. He had not told anyone but he had requested for a change. Cmdr Turner had given him an opportunity to move to security and he was grateful, however he had still not considered revoking his request for a transfer. The transfer was to that of Starfleet Special Forces, or SSF for short. The move to security was actually right in line with that change, it was the closest that he could get to an ODA team on the Archer. In any event it would likely take time for any request to go through, or so Hawk thought. The computer beeped Hawk notifying him of an incoming message. He walked over to his terminal in his new quarters and entered his access code. A simple message read as follows ********************************************************************* Office of Logistics, Starfleet Command Personnel Transfer Request Acting Lieutenant Hawk Versey, Acting Chief Security Officer, FROM: USS Archer TO: SD Bragg For; Training in Special Forces procedures/operational duties and reassignment to USS Chimera. Sign Maj. Michael Lawson ********************************************************************* Apparently Hawk had waited long enough and he was going to get his shot. The orders were followed by a quarter's assignment on Starbase 76, while the Archer finishes her repairs and RnR. He was to depart for SB Bragg within a week. Hawk stands and wonders how to go about this new revelation.
