OOC>> To one and all, my apologizes for being gone for so long. I had to
deal with this and that along with those other things. I just hope I’m not
too rusty. Also, thanks to Hawk and Jason for keeping the engineering side
of things going as well as it has.

Rick didn’t know how long he had been working away in that particular
jeffries tube. He laid there and looked up at the exposed relays as he tried
his best to effect some kind of repairs.
He had most of his department working in the shuttle bay. He had been there
himself when this problem popped up that needed his attention. If left
unattended, it could, no would grow into something very bad.
He had been here long enough to wonder if he was developing some sort of
claustrophobia. The tiny crawl space seemed a whole lot smaller than it did
when he first arrived to fix this simple rupture. One problem, though, led
to another and another and another until he found himself rerouting the
entire system.
Yep, he was definitely feeling a little cramped now. But, he had never had a
problem with tight spaced before.
Can one develop claustrophobia, he wondered as he tried to focus on his
work.
“Computer, play me something classical,” Rick said, hoping a little music
would relax him.

“I don’t know,” Rick said, not close to being an expert in classical music.
“Something random.”
Rick almost leaped out of his uniform when the Overture of 1812 began to
play in mid performance.
“Computer, pause music,” Rick said, catching his breath. “How about
something a little older and a little softer? I need something more
soothing. How about some Mozart?”
That’s when Rondo alla turca began to play. It wasn’t exactly what Rick had
in mind, but it would do.
“Much better,” Rick said as he went back to work, feeling a little better,
but not much.
