= Enemy At The Gates = - USS Snow, Gamma Quadrant: Rubbing tired temples and staring harshly out of the single window in Captain Molyneux's office, Shepard took a deep breath and turned back to the Short haired man, "Can they detect us?" Shaking his head, the Captain lowered himself behind his desk, "No, our cloak is at optimal efficiency, there's no way they'd get through it." Sighing himself, Molyneux continued, "I need input Sid, we have dogs at our doorstep and the Snow alone can't stop them if they wanted to approach the wormhole." "I know damnit, i'm thinking... Have they moved position in the last forty-eight hours?" Shepard questioned, still staring out of the window. Looking to his desk, Molyneux tapped at his LCARS, "According to the last reports, they haven't moved an inch. They're just out there behind the five moons." "Good," began the standing man, "From what we've seen i don't think they're going anywhere. It's an armada, but i'm guessing they're waiting on the Marduk." "But they could try to strike at any minute," interjected the Captain. Turning from the window, Shepard smirked, "They could also turn around and head home... but we don't have time to start double guessing." "Good point," muttered Molyneux as he leaned back in the chair and raised his feet onto the desk before him. "How much longer are you with us?" To that Sidney rolled his eyes, "Orders from Special Forces have asked that i return to Bragg for another assigment." "I thought you told that Colonel you were going to resign?" Queried the Captain, grinning through white teeth. Lowering his arms, Shepard headed for the door, "You can smile all you like Tcheki, but the Snow has been ordered to stay in the Gamma quadrant and keep tabs on the Jem'Hadar." "You bloody joking right!?" The Captain replied, snapping to a sitting position in his chair. Grinning himself, Shepard stepped out of the office, "I hear they like making friends..."
