"Plans behind the scene" by Mumacik ====== Command chamber, Secret area, Living dream hotel ====== The room was large and cold. The walls were dark and looked like stone walls, but a large number of thin lines seemed to be carved into the stone. From time to time, the lines were illuminated by a yellow-redish flash passing through those lines. It almost made the impression that a sort of liquid was runing in those lines ... like blood in veins ... Behind a large hexagonal table were six aliens sitting. All were of the same kind, tall and light blue skinned. Their head was a bold one; the back of the skull was about twice the human size. Antracit black eyes ... without lids. None of the aliens said a word but still it was obvious that they were communicating. There was no way to tell who was the leader of the alien group, they resembled quite a lot a collective mind structure. Each alien alone possesed vast telepatic abilities ... but thogether, their strenght was formidable. {{How are our newest guests doing?}} {{Quite good. About 87% of the Chimera crew is fully enjoying the hotel and are very happy. Another 6% are happy, 4% content. We are extracting a daily average of 10 kilojoys from their happyness}} {{Thats a nice amount of happynes considering the actuall size of the Chimera's crew. What about the other 3% ?}} {{Getting suspicious and paraniod. The Chimera's CO is stable and under our control. He dismissed all negative remarks about the hotel and soon will start to suspend and arrest those who say otherwise.}} There was a general agreement in the air. It was common procedure to gain telepatic control over the fresh arriving ship's Commanding officer. A thought he thinks is his own will persuade him what a wonderfull place the hotel is and will send all his crew for R&R. Very soon the actual ship will be left empty and then it will be sealed, making it impossible for the actual crew to escape from the hotel. Sooner or later, a group discontent with the luxury and possibilities of the hotel led by the ship's XO or an another senior officer will get suspicious and start with investigations. They will persuade the CO that the whole hotel is a gigantic trap ... but the CO wont listen to their arguments. He will *think* that those officers are trying to question his authority as the CO ... later he will believe that those officers try to flame a mutiny among his crew. At that time the CO with his *loyal* crew will pursue the rebels and arrest them. Special "penal" chambers will be offered to the CO by the hotel management. Once the *mutiny* will be eliminated, there will be nothing left to prevent the rest of the crew slowly forgetting about their duties ... plans ... orders ... responsibility ... life BEFORE the Hotel. They will stay forever ... Serving as food producers for the aliens who are feeding the energy created by positive emotions ... carelessnes ... happynes. ===== End of log ====== Oposite force (NPC by Mumacik)
