'Interrogation' by Mumacik ====== SB Bragg, Present -2 days ===== Shane stepped out the shuttle and looked around himself. He was in a huge shuttle bay on the Starbase Bragg. Around him several officers from the USS Falcon that were orderd to Bragg ASAP like him. Shane had little time to wonder about the station, cause three yellow dressed officers approached him. Shane worked with security long enough to know that kind of facial expression the three officers weared ... "Lt. Shane Guzman, CTAC on the USS Falcon?" one of the Security officers asked. "Yes, that's me. How can i help you gentleman" Shane tried to win some sympathy from the officers. Maybe he will need it soon enough. The Security officer noded and plainy replied: "Please follow me Lieutenant" and pointed with his hand a direction. "May i ask where we are going?" asked Shane with a calm tone. {What? Am i arrested?} he asked himself. He was quite surprised about his sudden orders to report to the SB Bragg ... and this was far from a kind 'wellcome' The security leader turned to Shane and replied coldly: "Commander Arder asked for you Lieutenant. You should report to him ASAP. We are your escort in case you would decide not to obey the commander orders" Shane shivered when asking: "Can i consider myself as arrested?" The security leader replied: "If you wish so, Lieutenant ..." He pointed the direction again: "Please follow me". {What the hell is happening now? Why am i ARRESTED?} asked himself Shane while following the officers into the depths of the station. Bragg was far from Aurora and it was not in the size only. Aurora was far bigger then Bragg, but Bragg was the heart of the SSF ... Starflet Inteligence. There were no civilians or merchats on board ... only SF officres and marines. And most probably, the half of them were Intel agents ... Shane frowned again. The whole thing was VERY suspicious. The Falcon mission was suddenly stopped and the ship was ordered to return to the station. Several officers, marines and NCOs were ordered to depart to the Bragg station imediately, Shane inclusive. They were ordered into the heart of the SSF space. There was no entry for non-SF ships and even SF ships needed a special clearance from SSF command to pass through the sector. The shuttle, Shane was brought to the station by, was stoped and serached two times by SSF patrol ships. And now, as Shane set foot on the station, three security guys arrested him ... definitelly SUSPICIOUS. They walked through several decks and corridors and Shane had no idea where he was. After more then 10 minutes they suddenly stopped in a seemingly deserted part of the station. The security leader turned to Shane again and said: "Please enter the room. The Commander is awaiting you" He pressend some buttons and the door opened. He mentioned Shane to enter. "Thank you for the firndly escort" Shane replied in a soft tone, even when his heart was beating like crazy. {Should i not run away? They are only three ...} Shane thought. {But wait ... I have done nothing wrong ... there is no reason to run away ...} Trying to hide his concern, Shane entered the dark office. The door closed behind him and Shane was in suddenly alone. HE looked around. HE was in a large and dark room, there was nothing besides a large desk and two chairs around the desk. The only light in the room shined down the desk. Shane stepped forward and only now realised that a black dressed figure is sitting on the oposite chair. He hesistated. "Mr. Guzman, I am Lieutenant Commander Arder" said the figure and mentioned him to sit down. "You are here cause i want to ask you some questions. Please take the seat". There was nothing to do besides to sit down and to hear what the Commander wants to ask. As Shane sat down the Commander continued: "You are Shane Guzman, age 26, Lieutenant of the Starfleet, currently assigned as the CTAC on the Starbase Aurora. Mother Dr. Amily Guzman, father Ambasador John Guzman, sibilings Leila and Peter Guzman. Am i right Mr. Guzman?" Shane gasped in surprise: "Ye ... Yes, thats right Commander" {DO he know everything about me?} Shane thought. The Commander continued: "Height 178 cm, weight 87 kg, current girlfriend Lieutenant Junior Grade Rangi Summers, Assistand Medical officer on Starbase Aurora. You had some problems with 1LT. Rob Richards?" {He KNOWS everything!! How can he know about Rangi and Rob?} Shane asked. At first he did not answered. "Mr. Guzman, i asked you a question" said the Commander with a cold tone. "Well, ... yes, there were some personall matters between us two ..." replied Shane. "Tell me about your father Mr. Guzman" ordered the Commnader. Shane was catched unprepared by the sudden theme change. "My father?" he asked surprised. "Yes, Ambassador '2 bar' John Guzman, currently stationed on Cardassia Prime" replied the Commander and looked at Shane like a hungry wolf on a sheep. "Hmm ...." started Shane, {Why are they asking me about my dad?}, "you said it Commander. My father is on Cardassia prime, i havent seen him for almost 2 years now. I dont know what you want to know ..." "You had contact with your father in the last 3 months?" asked the Commander. Shane thought a second: "Aye, he send me a personal message about 6 weeks ago" replied Shane. "What was in the message Mr. Guzman? " "Hmm ... as i said, it was a personal message, about how he is doing ... But", Shane looked suspiciously at the Commander, "I dont think its a public matter ..." The Commnader continued like he had not heard Shane's remark: "Mr. Guzman ... your father is a traitor and double agent for the Cardassian Obsidian order and we believe that you are one too. Now you tell me everythink you know, including the names of your agents and liasons." "WHAT??!!!" Shane cried out and jumped from the chair. "WHAT DID YOU SAID ??!!" "SIT DOWN GUZMAN!!" shouted the Commander and two dark figures appared behind Shane. Shane felt the cold touch of two phaser rifles on his back. He felt a big urge to jump at the Commander and beat him down ... but the remaints of his judgemet told him that he would have NO chance. "MY FATHER IS NO TRAITOR!" shouted Shane ignoring the two phaser on his back. "The traitor John Guzman was executed two days ago" said the Commander calmly. "NOOOOOOOO !!"
