First was Rangi, who informed about the situation in medical. As she finished her report and visibly happy about it sat back on her seat, Shane beamed a warm smile at her. {Very well done my love ...} Now stood Shane from his chair, straightened his uniform and siad: "Well, since we still lack two senior officers on board, I will bring the reports from Science and Operations. He looked at the around the table sitting officers and continued: "Science reports that they have almost finished the testing of our external sensor grid. The main deflector dish is still offline, but this problem is taken care in cooperation with Engineering as we speak. Astrometrics is beeing reconnected to the sensors and the main computer core and should be ready in 48 hours. The most interesting project from Science is the intergration of an anticloak mechanism. The technical details are in this report, but its enough when i will say that they intend to use the main deflector dish to create a wide-spread tachyon beam to detect cloaked ship in the vincinity." Shane smiled a bit and shruged: "Please dont ask me about details, honestly ... i dont know. You can ask LtJg. George Pendrel, who is in temporary command of Science. He is your man." Shane looked at the PADD he was holding and scrolled it a bit down. "The next interesting project beeing prepared is the implementation of the polymorphics fractal scan algorithm, its a project I began several months back on Aurora. It will require the cooperation of Science, Operations and Tactical. As i said, its still on the drawing table, but i expect to see it moving in several weeks." Shane Looked again at all the gathered officers and continued: "As for Operations, i was assured that every crewmember has his own accomodation. There are still some material requests pendling between Ops and the Bragg's logistics, but more then 90% of all reqestested material is already on board. Ltjg Simmons is in temporary command of Operations. Please contact him if your department will have any exceeding resources requests." Shane smiled and thought: {Was not that bad! Noone laughed at me ... and they even listened} Realising that Athena was there sitting as well, he looked at her from the corner of his eyes and added: "That's all from my side.
