-=/\=- Sickbay -=/\=- MaiKai walked into the Sickbay with Stan the Security officer and the mental case slung around his shoulders. Stan whisked the lady onto a near by biobed and set her down hard making sure she knew where she was and hoped for her to calm down. The lady soon after stopped her hysterics, but not the crying. " Do you need me to stay?" Hearing Stan pipe up, Mai in return said, "No, I think I got it from here ... " her voiced trailed off as she looked up at him. Stan being considerate didn't want to leave, but did what was asked replying, " I'll stop by sometime like you asked, at your quarters" and with that the broad security officer walked off. MaiKai pulled out a tricorder and began to scan. The woman watched attentively as Mai worked. She was getting worried, so the lady slammed her hand over the young AMO's. Ignoring the hit of force that didn't seem to hurt Mai, " What's your name?" Turning to MaiKai glaring at her she answered back, " Samantha." { Yes! Got somethin' out of her .. Two points for me!} "Your not feeling ok. I know so. It would be for your best interest to trust me no matter how much you hate doctors. I need to check you over to make sure your alright. And before you interrupt me I would like you to know: If I have to use force, I will," Mai looked at Samantha and questioned her abilities to understand what she just said. The now frightened woman gently nodded her head and reassured MaiKai to proceed in her scannings. Following among her patient the young AMO restarted her progression on figuring out what could possibly be wrong with this crazed woman. { There seems to be nothing wrong: so far, so good. Very healthy. Hmm ... she has asthma ... what the fuh...} There had been a glitch in Mai's tricorder. She fiddled it with it for a little bit. Samantha decided this was her time to try and slip away from what she thought was insanity. Samantha slipped off the biobed and began to urge towards the Sickbay door for the exit. As MaiKai started to notice Samantha's escape from the bed, she dove from where she was standing. She slid so far on her backside she landed before the door out of Sickbay. MaiKai then swung her leg around knocking Samantha to the floor as well, as she saw Samantha's attempt to run for it. Hurting her back she gave all her might to get off the floor, Mai noticed that she knocked her patient out cold. She scraped Samantha off the floor and strapped her in a biobed after picking her up. "Dear God .. There," she managed to heave out as she gasped of lost of air.
