=/\= Corridor by the Children's Quarters =/\= Most of the children were of being entertained by either one of the holodecks or in the science department and Athena found herself with a quiet moment. Poor little Sapphire Goodwell was feeling a little under the weather and Athena sat outside the little girl's room. She sat on the floor and her head rested against the wall, eyes closed while she thought about the plans for the parties. She was thinking that she and Rangi needed to get together and set some teams into action. Athena opened her eyes to see Sapphire. "Having trouble sleeping," she asked the little girl who nodded her head. "I keep thinking I'm missin' everything," Sapphire replied in a quiet voice. Athena pulled the girl into her arms and brushed the girl's long blonde hair out of her face. She gave the angelic looking child a smile and said, "As soon as that fever is gone you can join the others." The young girl laid her cheek on Athena's shoulder and they continued to sit in the hall. Athena rocked the girl in her arms in a comforting manner as she continued to think of ideas for the parties. The little girls eyes began to drift close as Athena thought on. {Children's party: A tree. A Santa. Candy canes hanging from the ceiling for the game. Snowflakes hang from the ceiling as well; lighted ones so they kind of resemble stars and could be used for the winter ball. Pizza and cookies and punch for the kids.} Her mind switched gears to keep from getting bored. {Adult party: No tree, but candelabras. The twinkling snowflakes. Snowmen on the walls for both parties and a cottoning mass on the floor at the edges and moving up the walls that looks like snow.} Athena's thoughts ceased as soon as she felt the other presence she opened her eyes to find a pair of hazel eyes barely a nose length away. "Is there something you need, Jules," she asked quietly so that shouldn't wouldn't wake the small girl in her arms. Jules pulled back and looked at Athena curiously. Julian took that moment to but in and ask, "How do you do that?" "Do what, " Athena inquired. "Call us by name without thinking about it," Jules finished for his brother. They both stood expectantly waiting for her answer. Athena raised her eyebrow, "I do that," she responded. Both boys looked at her and smiled deviously. "Go take the frogs out of the girls' beds," She said and watched as the boys smiling faces turned to faces of astonishment. As they walked off Julian asked, "Are you a witch or something?"
