=/\= Holodeck 1 =/\= The fighting was at a bit of stalemate at this point, as both sides rested for a few minutes trying to prepared their moves against their foes. Captain Acheson hid behind some rocks and watched his own men looking ahead, trying to see what dastardly plan red team was going to initiate. The corporal who had been sent out on sniper hunting returned and looked to Acheson. "Sir, I engaged the sniper. I took a few losses, but we dislodged them. The one was hit and beamed out and the other fell of a cliff." "Fell of a cliff?" "Yea ... poor bastard. One of the squad members tried to nail him with a grenade, but he kicked it and it knocked the ground out from under him." "You mean you didn't actually shoot him?" "Negative. But I saw him fall." Acheson nodded. Either a sniper was in the time out box or just very dirty and sore from a fall was the only question remaining. He gathered the remainder of his men. "Let's try something new. He grabbed one of his grenades and thought for a moment." He waved his men to attention. Ordering 2 to stay behind with a supply of grenades, he gathered the final 6. "Ok, everyone throws a grenade. They are timed to detonate at different intervals. The 2 ODA men will fire and then we'll use the explosions to run a quick flank. Run your asses off, gentlemen." The members nodded. He turned back to his fire team. "When the grenades go off, start firing at anything moving. Don't aim, just hit them with supressing fire." He picked up his grenade and signaled the team to do the same. Activating it with a 120 second delay, he tossed it forward and fell back to the side, slowly crawling far to the left of Walsh's team. 2 minutes later, the grenades started randomly detonating and Acheson starting run hard, along their left flank. His movement was concealed by the dense foliage in the area. He waved his men forward.
