=/\= Athena's quarters =/\= Athena had indulged in a shower with water to relax her mind and body before she went on the diplomatic mission. She dressed carefully in her dress uniform and decided to put her hair up to keep it out of her way. She pulled her hair up on top of her head and held it in its bun with two decorative metal hair sticks that resembled chop sticks. There were a few strands of hair on each side of her head that curled in a cork screw fashion that framed her face. The overall effect was professional and exotic. With one last look in the mirror and very little time left, she went on her way to meet the rest of the group. =/\= Transporter Room =/\= Athena arrived two find Shane and Martin standing in separate corners in silence. Each appeared to be deep in thought. She decided to wait some where in the middle. She gave each brother a friendly nod as they acknowledge her presence. She smiled at the transporter chief and shrugged her shoulders. It wasn't long before MCapt. Walsh arrived and immediately started making some suggestions. Athena took on of the small portable transporter device that the Mcapt. held out and placed it in her pocket. The group was only delayed a bit longer by the transporter chief's discovery of weapons. Athena looked at Walsh and just smiled. =/\= Kentzi - beam in Coordinates =/\= Athena looked at the gardens that seemed to be around them and although they were beautiful, they didn't feel inviting to her. She found it odd that no matter which Kentzi person was looking or addressing them she felt only curiosity. It was as if one was being stripped and examined. She continued to take in their surroundings as their party was moved inside. When Shane asked her about her feelings she never had a chance to reply as the Romulans arrived. The new arrivals brought many feelings though that Athena could sense deception and hatred were ever present as they all waited together for some ceremony or something. Athena didn't quite catch what the Kentzi ambassador said as she was distracted by the way a couple of the Romulans seemed to be trying to separate her from the rest of her crew. She ignored their rude questions and only gave a polite if not a bit tight smile. As the two Romulans continued, Athena showed no weakness in responding and continued to ignore their rude comments and questions and tried to distance herself from their rude gestures without being offensive herself. As one of the Annoying Romulans reached out to touch her, Jack surged forward and the two Romulans and Jack ended up rolling around on the floor. Athena cringed as she saw one of the Romulans connect with the MCapt.'s ribs. She also wondered if Shane and Martin that they both stepped in front of her when Walsh made is attack. Shane felt he had no choice and sent Mcapt. Walsh back to the ship. During the introduction to the queen Athena noticed how ineffected she seemed to be by the Romulans or the federation. {Its like she could careless about any of us. Odd.} =/\= Later =/\= Athena looked at the table laden with food and put her empty plate aside, she didn't feel much like eating. All the information they had been told really didn't add up to what she was feeling. She pushed one of her curls behind an ear when she felt strong arms pull her backward. Her mouth was clamped shut by a strong hand covering her mouth she looked out the corner of her eye and noticed she was only a step away from being taken out of the room. She could tell that her capture was Romulan from what she sensed from him. She struggled to get lose and tried to bite the man who held her but his finger were just smaller bands of steel and his arm a larger one. Out in the slightly darken corridor her capture threw her towards another who grabbed at her Athena Side stepped as she fished in her pocket for the transportation device MCapt. Walsh had given her. Both Romulans reached for her The second managing to cover her mouth just as she slapped the transportation device onto the other Romulan. {I hope the ship realizes who's coming to dinner.} The second Romulan squeezed Athena as he bit words into her ear, "What did you do?" Each word was crisp and seemed to make a threatening promise of its own. In the next moment both the Romulan and Athena were transported away. When the reappeared the Romulan grabbed at her throat and asked, "What kind of games are you playing?" In a barely audible voice Athena replied, "Nothing." A Kentzi ambassador came forward with several soldiers. Two grabbed the Romulan and one grabbed Athena. She was to relieved not to have the Romulan's hands around her throat to think about the trouble she might be in now. "Take her away, "she heard the ambassador say. As the soldier roughly led her away by her arm she heard the ambassador say, "You will be returned to your ship and do not return." The soldier didn't take Athena too far before he shoved her into a room. Athena went to tap her comm badge only to find it missing. {Damn.} =/\= End Log =/\= Lt.
