*** SickBay * USS Chimera *** Rangi gasped, her face contorted in sudden pain. Her right hand pressed her left forearm close to her body.She lifted her head and opened tearfilled eyes to the ceiling. The pain was intense and she looked down at her arm, lifting her fingers and seeing the angry red lines. Pressing the area with gentle finger tips, she sucked air between her teeth at the tenderness. "You stupid thing!" she said aloud, glaring at the medtrolley that had caused the minor injury and turned away,almost hopping on the spot. She nursed the arm for a few seconds waiting for the pain to subside, gave a groan and examined the arm a second time. It wasnt a serious wound by any means, but had been painful when the trolley toppled into her as Chimera lurched from side to side. She glanced around the sickbay, seeing no real damage save for overturned trays and dislodged instruments. Maikai Quiocho, looking a bit shaken walked towards her as the first reports of casualties began to come in. * Some minutes later * "Guzman to Sickbay" Rangi tapped her commbadge to reply, recognising that Shanes tone meant there weren't casualties on the Bridge. +TAPS+ Summers here. She knew it would be the General and not Shane who would leave the Bridge and for a moment felt gratitude for that fact that he was four decks away and would remain there. "I'm in the cargo bay..." he continued. " Deck 7 took some damage...the main power's out." Rangi closed her eyes for a second, accepting this news with a sinking feeling in her stomach. "What's working?" she asked, running her minds eye over the temporary sickbay set up there in readiness for multiple casualties from the Gott. +Taps+ Basically...nothing." Scott replied. "We've lost three beds completely..too damaged for use....some of the supplies too." "Right" Rangi moistoned her lips. "We need to move everything thats left up to the holodecks." she thought for a moment, trying to envisage what should go first.
