===== Corridor outside Astrometrics ===== Terek leaves the turbolift together with his frien whoom he met the first day he came to the Chimera. ensign Alex Quinn. A pretty terran woman, little taller than Terek, with short black hair, pleasant smile and deep green eyes. They were having a lunch since the next day on the ship. Firstly it was simply a gesture of a good maners from Terek, because Alex helped him finding his quaters, but with time it became a tradition and soon Alex and Terek became good friends. Now she was going on duty to the science lab, while Terek went to his shift to the astrometrics. When he was leaving the turbolift, he turned to her to say 'have a nice day' but when he turned, he saw her standing in the dim lights of the turbolif, smiling at him, he hold his hand to her, waited for her to come closer from the lift with the words: "Weranis, you want me to miss my shift? What is going on?" Said, beaming at him. "I... I just wanted to tell you how I'm glad I've that the prophets crossed our paths..." Answered Terek turning a red little, but then he looked up into those deep green eyes, smelled a light flower perfume mixed with the essence of her body and suddenly he hugged her and gave her a long passionate kiss.... All time seemed to stop at that moment and there was anyone else than the two of them. It didn't matter that about four other people in the corridor was watching them. After a moment that looked like an eternity they let each other go and Terek said.... "I don't know why I haven't done this a long time before...." "And I was just wondering when you are going to do that." Said Alex in response smiling widely, then she kissed him shortly for the last time before she went for duty with the words: "I love you, see you in the evening..." ===== Reloaded ===== ... Something was a little different... but before he could even star to think about it, he was surprised, when Alex gave him kiss on his cheek whispering: "Me to." And with a smile, she went back to the turbolift and a moment before door closed she told him with that lovely smile: "See you in the afternoon, you buy a dinner..." And then she was away to her duties... ===== A moments later in the Astrometrics ===== With perplexed look on his face, he entered a circular room. At one of the consoles he saw Oriana probably working on that anomalies around the Gott. He was going to look at it as well. This seemed as a very interesting matter. He approached a main console and he invoked the image of the Gott, then he added sensor readings about the size of the anomalies and when the blue bubles displayed, he was a little surprised. There was about five anomalies placed in the close vicinity of the ship, but one of them, the one before the fore of the ship, was really big. And there was something strange about it. It looked to reular... to spherical... His fingers began to run on the console, making some calculations and corelations with the sensor logs. {Right. Tachyon emmisions everywhere, chroniton particles gathered mainly in the vicinity of the biggest one, high levels of the neutrinos.... that could mean lots of trouble....} After about five minutes of beeping from the console, Terek raised his head and looked on the Oriana: "Madam. I think we have a problem..." Oriana walket to him to see what he has found. "What sort of problem you have on mind Ensign?" Asked rising one eybrow. "This is just a hypotesis madam, but from what we've got from the sensors and from the data from the starfleet database concerning a temporal anomalies, I assumed that this one" he pointed on the largest rift.. "isn't just like the others in the Marsh. Considering the concentration of the neutrinos, it almost look like artificialy created or modified for some reason. Look on those readings. And even that shape doesn't look normal to me " "All right, we will investigate this" Said Oriana in her neutral voice... "That is something the away teams should know. Perhaps they'll manage to find out something in the Gott's log. Please report it to them. Meanwhile I'll begin with a transspectral scan of that anomaly." "Aye madam." Said Terek andtapped his bagde, stepping aside to let Oriana to the main console. She bent over the main console and began setting parameters for the scan. *taps* Astrometrics to the away teams. We've found that one of the anomalies surrounding the Gott may be artificialy created or at least maintained."
